Soundscape specializes in the performance of advanced treble repertoire from across a wide musical spectrum. Soundscape performed at the 2016 American Choral Directors Association Southwestern Division Conference in Kansas City, Missouri, establishing itself as one of the nation’s premier collegiate women’s ensembles. It previously appeared at the same conference in 2002 under Betsy Cook Weber’s leadership; Soundscape also sang at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention that same year. It regularly commissions new works for treble chorus. All treble singers, regardless of major, are welcome to audition for membership in Soundscape.
